A cottage care package is not a fixed product. It is a combination of the services Heritage already offers, chosen for your property and spread across the year. Some owners want the full cycle handled. Others want just the heavy seasonal jobs. The contents, timing and visits are agreed with you.

A season-by-season example
Spring opening: Dock installation, leaf and debris clear-up, pressure washing decks and docks, first grounds tidy.
Summer: Recurring lawn & grounds care, carpentry repairs as needed, tree and branch attention.
Fall closing: Leaf blowing, eavestrough clean-out, dock removal, waste removal.
